Cancellation and Returns

We hope you will be happy with your purchase from Games Workshop. However if you are not, please be aware that you have the right to cancel the contract between us by sending to us a notice of cancellation. We would appreciate it if you would send any such notice in the form of a letter, stating clearly your full name and address, any relevant details of your purchase and that you wish to cancel the contract, to the following address:

Your right to cancel the contract exists from the time that you purchase your goods until the expiry of seven working days beginning with the day after the day that you receive the goods. We will, within 30 days of you giving your notice of cancellation, reimburse without charge, any sum that you have paid for the goods. We will request the return of any goods that are the subject of a cancellation order at your cost. Games Workshop recommends that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds on:

• audio or video recordings or computer software if unsealed by you;
• or magazines and periodicals.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
