looking for a particular range of hard-to-find
miniatures, loose components for fantastic conversions,
or something from our extensive back catalogue,
ordering direct can supply exactly what you need.

expect it to be delivered?
A: Expect your White Dwarf to arrive towards
the end of every month.
Q: What if I can’t find a certain item
in the online store?
A: : We are constantly updating our web site – and
some items just are simply not in our store yet.

Q: Can I pay with a cheque or money order?

Q: Where’s my order?
A: If it has been more than 2 weeks since
you placed your order, please contact us by phone
1-888-498-7655 or e-mail “mailorder@games-workshop.ca” with
your name, address, a short description of your order,
and when and how you placed it.
Orders can take up to 10 business days for delivery – so
please be patient!
Q: Can I get a copy of Troll magazine?
A: Sorry, no. Troll magazine is no longer
produced and distributed. It has been replaced with
Imperial Dispatch; a monthly news letter. You can
sign up to receive it for free by clicking on the
